JOHN MELLENCAMP

I saw JOHN MELLENCAMP at Nippon Budokan on 20/06/1986.
2nd floor stand West row E 56.
So far, all American singers, but it will continue for a while.
Was an American singer easier to invite at the time?

At that time, he was more famous as JOHN COUGAR.
Later, I learned from a music magazine that he himself hated the stage name.

At this time, Nippon Budokan clearly remembers that the sound was really good.
I heard that JOHN MELLENCAMP was very careful in setting the amps for the coming audience, and that was exactly what it was.

The live of that night remains as a really pleasant memory.
American Fool, Uh-Huh, and Scarecrow. I forgot to dance to numerous hit songs from the three big hit albums.

While playing Hand To Hold On To, I can’t forget that I had a male customer put up on stage to sing. It was a peaceful and fun night.

I bought and heard Sad Clowns & Hillbillies in the summer of 2017.
He’s still singing and I want to see the show again.
I can’t continue to dance like I was when I was young, but I want to relax while drinking and listen to his song again.
