Recently, ramen seems to be popular among foreigners.
When I was a kid, most ramen were noodles in bags or in cups, which I made at home and ate.
In other words, I think it was not the same as eating out.

When I start working and get a salary and move by car, I have more opportunities to eat out.
Was it about 30 years ago that I decided to go all the way to a ramen shop?

Ramen has three flavors: soy sauce, salt, and miso.
Pork bone with a later impression.
Tsukemen noodles that are not served in the soup but are served in another soup.

There is no soup, or vegetables and meat are piled up.
Those with a lot of backfat such as pigs.
There are too many types to write very much.

I’m not good at spicy food, and I can’t eat as much as I was when I was young.
I would like to write about your favorite ramen several times.

The place I have been with for the longest time is a popular local store for miso ramen.
It’s probably one of the long-passing customers, as the store goes there before it’s moved to its current location.

When I was feeling down, I went to this store to recover my mood by eating miso ramen and dumplings.
Even now, when I go to the store, I’m happy that the owner smiles and welcomes me.

It is a store that I would like to keep in touch with for a long time.
