In my personal experience, pork bones are a new type of ramen soup.
In 1996, I had an unforgettable experience of pork bone ramen I had when I went to Fukuoka city to watch football games.
This is because I entered the Ichiran Ramen restaurant, which is now operating a large nationwide chain.
Before eating, I was very dissatisfied as to why I was so fat that I could push it into a small private counter.
However, as soon as I ate it, my dissatisfaction was withdrawn and the deliciousness was won.
Since then, pork bones have been recognized as the fourth flavor after miso, soy sauce and salt.
For me today, the best pork bone ramen is in the town next to Togane city, which I was assigned to for four years.
It’s 46km from my house, about 45 minutes by car if I’m vacant.
Sometimes I want to eat asexually and I am in trouble.
