Tonight, I’d like to introduce you one piece that you can wear when you want to relax in your room.
This is “Nothing´s Gonna Change” by Simone Kopmajer.

I learned about this work at an audio audition held at a building near Tokyo Station on July 16, 2016.
It was this album that played in the background music when we got customers before the start.
As soon as I heard it, I wanted to get this album.

The proverb in Japanese has the words, “Listen as a temporary shame, not hear as a lifelong shame.”
I decided and walked to the organizer’s booth.

Even if I didn’t call out and ask a question, I could understand immediately because the album that was playing was displayed.
It is this album that I confirmed if I could take a picture, checked it after returning home, and immediately ordered it.

It has been released from the label Hitman Jazz, but there are many famous jazz musicians among the participating members.
I’ve got both vinyl and CD, but I prefer Vinyl because it feels more like singing and playing than a CD with a lot of songs.

After this I’ve collected as many Simone albums as possible, but I don’t think they are complete.
Also, I have not been able to see her live performance.
I hope you will come to Japan.
