I wrote “Japanese Pub” on 22/05/2020, but I want to correct it because the “Japanese bar” seems to be correct.
After work last Thursday, tomorrow will be closed, so I parked my car at home and re-started by bus.

It is my principle that cannot be surrendered that the sake liqueur is useless.

First Shirasu oroshi.
Grated radish heals the stomach and increases appetite.

Then simmered motsu.
I want people in the English-speaking world to know the deliciousness of this miso.

Yakitori, Bonji. 3 with salt.
Bonjiri is the meat around the tail of chicken.

Continuing from last time, use monkfish liver with Ponzu sauce.
In my house, it’s hard to eat as a cause of gout.

Sweet corn tempura.
Tempura and fritter are a little different.

Cheese nori roll
Cross-cultural combination.

The last is Umeboshi’s chazuke.
I drank 4 cups of sake, so Umeboshi was refreshing.

I had a hangover the next morning, which was tough, but I was satisfied.
