Ned Doheny

I got to know him only after hearing the 1988 album Life After Romance.
I liked the album, so I bought three CDs that were released immediately and went to a concert the following year.

He was from a well-known millionaire in Los Angeles and was told in some article that Beverly Hills has a road named “Doheny Street.”
Looking at his smile with a surfboard in his hand, in the cover photo of “Life After Romance”, I can see his good family.

When I went to see his live in 1991, he on stage seemed to me a little disappointed with the shy Japanese audience.
His Japanese fans, including myself, have a lot of adults, so there are few actions, but we still fully enjoy live performances.

Perhaps he also understood the reaction of Japanese fans after that, and when I saw the live co-starring with Hamish Stuart in Billboard Live Tokyo in 2018, I felt his comfort.

See you soon.
