I don’t remember how I found out about this singer.
I think it was the first time that the album was released from Demon Records in the UK, which had previously released Nick Lowe and Elvis Costello’s albums, at a record store.

The singing voice of this singer has a ruthlessly positive tone.
It is a voice that seems to echo well in the big city on the asphalt road where the highway runs above, and it is a voice that makes me want to make sound with a propaganda truck.
Sometimes it sounds similar to Elvis Costello’s voice, but I feel like this voice when I subtract the pity from it and dry the British humidity.

I bought all his albums.
I didn’t know until recently, but he seems to be working under his real name, Wesley Stace.
I’ve been following his work for so long, and I’ve only seen his performance live once with Chris Von Sneidern.

It’s okay to play with one acoustic guitar, so I’d like you to come to Japan again when Corona’s wreck has subsided.
