At a Japanese record company, there were also people who introduced good old American music.
I got to know Peter Gallway through The Fifth Avenue Band and Ohio Knox albums introduced by those people.
I remember his live performance with Jake Jacobs and Larry John McNally at Miyakezaka Hall, which is a very rare rock concert venue.
The venue was on the 5th and 6th floors of the Social Culture Hall, where the party headquarters of the Social Democratic Party, a political party, used to be.
It must be in the center of Japan, but I still don’t know what it meant to be held in a place like this, which is close to the Imperial Palace and the Diet Building.
It’s been a while since I listened to their album and I’m soothed.
For us listeners, it is a valuable and grateful existence to continue delivering peaceful music like them.
I hope that they will continue their activities in the future.
See you soon.
