The first time I knew him was through a Japanese TV show called “Best Hit USA“.
This great music show has been my most trusted teaching material since it first aired in 1981.

When I watched the music video of “Someone You Loved”, I was surprised at the wonderfulness of the singing voice as well as the content.
It’s been a while since I’ve had an encounter that gives such a big impression just by singing.

The work and school cycle in Japan is from April to March for one year.
Last year I was the worst in both work and physical condition.
Because of that, I couldn’t see his first solo concert in Japan.
I regret not having the chance to see him at a live house with a capacity of 1,000 people.

I read in an online article that he was a supporter of The Celtic Football Club in the Scottish Premier League.
I think he has a good impression on Japan, the home country of Shunsuke Nakamura.

When the corona wreck is over, I hope he will come back to Japan and perform.
Standing is difficult in my condition, so it would be nice to have a seat even if it is a little expensive.
