In the early morning of June 3, I checked my email before going to work.
I got an email from Bandcamp.
It was news that the new album of THE BAD DAY ordered on January 14th was shipped.

Due to the situation in Ukraine, I expected that it would be a long time before I could reach my home now that everything is delayed.
When I got home, the package had arrived.

I confirmed the name of the shipper, thinking that it was a replacement blade for the shaving that I ordered on a regular basis.
I was really surprised to see it because the band logo of THE BAD DAY was printed.

I’m listening to the CD on Sunday morning, enjoying a nice surprise.
The pop start of the first song is very good.
I can rest assured that I can devote my time to the matured singing and playing.

Born in Japan in the year of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, I am naturally old and my friends are the same.
I’m glad I kept saying “I know a good young band, I recommend it” while drinking beer on the way home from a used record shop with those friends.

Their fresh performance echoes comfortably in my ears, who were frustrated by the hit charts of laps and divas.
I’m very happy that even long songs can be listened to without losing tension, as was the case with the great rock music albums of the past.

THE BAD DAY has brought their progress to Japanese music fans.
I am looking forward to a performance in Japan where I can directly experience their live performance.
